Terms of Service

Welcome to PlanTheDay. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and PlanTheDay (“we”, “us”) covering your use of the service at this website. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What PlanTheDay is

PlanTheDay is a wedding-planning workspace: budget tracking, vendor and payment management, guest lists and RSVPs, seating, tasks and timelines. It is a planning tool — we are not a party to any agreement between you and your vendors, and we do not process your vendor payments.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may invite others to your event. You control what they can access; you are responsible for who you invite.

3. Free tier and paid events

• Starting is free, with limits on guests, tasks, vendors and invites.
• Payment is a one-time fee that unlocks a specific event (or event bundle) — not a subscription, and not a per-user charge.
• A paid event includes full access until your wedding date, a 3-month wrap-up period after it, and a permanent read-only archive thereafter. Access ends no later than 24 months after purchase, regardless of wedding-date changes.

4. Your data

• Your wedding data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no using it to store unlawful content, no reselling access, and no creating multiple free events to circumvent the free-tier limits.

6. Service and liability

We work hard to keep PlanTheDay reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for decisions you make in planning your event or for the conduct of your vendors or guests.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
