Refund Policy

PlanTheDay is a one-time purchase per event, and we’d rather you try it properly free than pay and regret it. That’s what the free tier is for. If something still goes wrong, here is how refunds work.

1. 14-day refund window

If you purchased an unlock and PlanTheDay isn’t working out, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full — no interrogation.

2. After 14 days

Refunds after the window are considered case by case (for example, double payments or billing errors are always refunded). Cancelled weddings: contact us — we’re human about it.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, the money can take 5–14 business days to appear.

4. What happens to your event

A refunded event returns to the free tier. Your data stays intact within the free-tier limits; nothing is deleted.
